Background and Experience
Paul has dedicated 30 years to property management, advising some of Ireland’s largest companies on managing mixed-use developments, office complexes, shopping centres, and entire districts. He has held senior leadership roles with global real estate firms and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
Paul has served on the boards of the Property Services Regulatory Authority, the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (as honorary treasurer), and Cluid Housing, where he chaired the Business Development Committee. He has also lectured at TU Dublin and published numerous articles and reports, contributing to the Housing Commission review as a sub-committee member.
